Culinary Blend Protein Bites

Culinary Blend Protein Bites

Steady energy.

No crash. No spiral. Just you, actually getting things done. If you're going to snack, make it count.

These Culinary Blend Protein Bites are built the same way we build our matcha: quality first, no fluff, no fake wellness theater. Real ingredients. Real fuel. Matcha that actually pulls its weight.

Our Midori Culinary Blend was made to mix, bake, blend, and hold its own in a recipe. Bold enough to cut through nut butter and chocolate. Smooth enough to skip the bitterness. Strong enough to give you that grounded, steady focus that coffee snacks have literally never once delivered.

Why Culinary Blend hits different in recipes

Culinary grade matcha is built for the kitchen. Deeper flavor. Rich enough to balance sweetness, smooth enough to blend clean, vibrant enough to keep its color, and designed to hold up to heat, mixing, and whatever else you throw at it.

This is the matcha you reach for when you want flavor and function in the same bite.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined, pressing and squeezing the mixture with your fingertips as you go. It should hold together when pinched.

  2. Scoop about a tablespoon (roughly 20g) of the mixture into your hands and roll into a ball. Repeat for all 8 balls.

  3. Place on a parchment-lined plate or tray.

  4. Transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks, or freeze up to 3 months. If frozen, let sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before eating.

No baking. No drama. Done.

What it tastes like

Earthy. Slightly grassy. Naturally sweet. Creamy from the nut butter. Balanced, never bitter, clean finish. The matcha doesn't shrink into the background trying to be subtle. It shows up and plays well with everything else.

The energy difference

Coffee snacks spike then ditch you. Sugar-heavy snacks hit for eleven minutes and ghost. Matcha works differently because it is different. The naturally occurring L-theanine and caffeine combo gives you steadier focus, fewer jitters, longer-lasting clarity, and a calmer kind of alert. Not loud energy. Controlled energy. The kind that actually lets you finish what you started.

When to eat them

Mid-morning instead of a second coffee. Pre-workout for clean fuel. Afternoon slump rescue. Before a creative sprint. After dinner when you want something sweet that still does something.

Small bites. Big output.

Make them yours

Add a tablespoon of cacao powder for a mocha moment. Swap almond butter for tahini for a nut-free version. Roll in crushed pistachios for texture. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate because you deserve it.

No protein powder? Swap in oat flour, almond flour, or extra oats and they still hold.

Midori Culinary Blend is not precious. It's powerful. It was literally designed for this.

Final word

Matcha isn't just for sipping. It belongs in your kitchen, your recipes, and your routine. Premium leaves, stone-milled right, built to perform whether you're whisking a bowl or rolling protein bites on a random Tuesday.

That's just matcha doing its thing.
